INGREDIENTS
- Wheat flour 500 g
- Eggs n. 3
- Butter 50 g
- Grated zest of half a lemon
- Yeast powder (half packet)
- Frying oil
- Icing sugar
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the flour, eggs, butter, yeast, salt and the lemon zent. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into strips. Create ribbons with the strips and then fry them. Once cooled, sprinkle the ribbons with icing sugar.
