- Sprigs of acacia flowers in bud
- Egg n. 1
- White flour n. 4 spoons
- Frying oil
Whisk the eggs, water, white flour and salt in a bowl. Coat each sprig in the batter. Heat some oil in a frying pan, enough to cover totally the bottom. When the oil is hot, gently place the sprigs in the pan and let them fry. Serve them without sugar because they are already quite sweet.
