Patati e curnìtt rüstii


INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes 1 kg
  • Green beans 800 g
  • Butter 250 g
  • Alpine cheese 500 g
  • Garlic clove n.1
  • Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the potatoes and the green beans in salted water. Once cooked, mash the potatoes and chop the green beans. Fry them in a buttred pan with the garlic clove. After 5 minutes remove the garlic clove and add the cheese. Once the cheese is melted, lower the heat and wait for it to create a crust.
