Risott cun la lüganega


INGREDIENTS

  • Rice 400 g
  • Sausage 200 g
  • Butter 50 g
  • Onion
  • Parmesan cheese 30 g
  • Dry white wine 1 bglass
  • Broth 1500 ml

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry the sausage with onion and butter. Add the white white and then the rice. For 20 minutes keep adding water and stiring. Once ready, sprinkle it with parmesan cheese.
