Fritüra de ciòn


INGREDIENTS

  • Pork loin 200 g
  • Pork heart 200 g
  • Pork liver 300 g
  • Butter 100 g
  • Red wine n. 1 glass
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry the chopped loin and heart in a buttered pan with onions. Add salt, pepper and wine then put the lid on and let it cook at low heat for 20 minutes. Add the liver and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Serve it with polenta.
