INGREDIENTS
- Barley 200 g
- Milk 1500 ml
- Water 1000 ml
- Lard 100 g
- Leek 280 g
- Onion
- Beans 200 g
- Potatoes 250 g
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the beans and the barley in water for 12 hours. Fry the barley in a pan with onion, lard and leeks. Add the water. Warm the milk and then add it. After 20 minutes add the potatoes and the beans and cook it all for 1 hour.
