INGREDIENTS

  • Hop shoots 200 g
  • Rice 250 g
  • Onion
  • Vegetable broth 1 l
  • Butter 50 g
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry the onion with butter and oil, add the rice and the broth. Fry the hop shoots separately and then add them to the rice. Before eating it, sprinkle the rice with parmesan cheese.
