Cazzöeula cun verz e pulenta


INGREDIENTS

  • Pork ribs 2,5 kg
  • Pork rind 350 g
  • Pork sausage n. 6
  • Savoy cabbage 1,8 kg
  • Onion n. 2
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Sage n. 8
  • Dry white wine 200 ml
  • Meat broth 1 l
  • Olive oil 100 ml

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the sausages and cut the pork rind into pieces. Fry the pork ribs with  the herbs, then add the wine. Cook it for 15 minutes then add the savoy cabbage and the pork rind. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 1 hour. Add the sausages and cook it for another 20 minutes. Serve it with polenta.
