- Stale bread 400 g
- Garlic clove
- Parmesan cheese
- Water 1 l
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the bread into little pieaces and boil it in salted water. Add the garlic clove and 3 spoons of oilve oil. Once boiling, the soup is ready. Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
