INGREDIENTS

  • Stale bread 400 g
  • Garlic clove
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Water 1 l
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the bread into little pieaces and boil it in salted water. Add the garlic clove and 3 spoons of oilve oil. Once boiling, the soup is ready. Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
