- Rice 160 g
- Carrot
- Potatoes
- Meat broth 1 l
- Butter 50 g
- Nettle leaves 40 g
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the meat broth with the potatoes, carrot, salt and butter. Add the rice and let it cook for 10 minutes, then add the nettle leaves and wait another 10 minutes. Mash the potatoes and carrots, then serve the soup.
