INGREDIENTS

  • Onion
  • Tomatoes n. 4
  • Eggs 4
  • Basil
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Husk the tomatoes and cut it into small slices. Cook the tomatoes in a pan with some oil and onion till the tomatoes become a thick sauce. Add the scrambled eggs and salt. Add some basil and keep scrambling the eggs till they are cooked.
