Sass Negher Climbing
Sass Negher Crag offers numerous routes of easy-medium difficulty with spectacular views of Piona Bay. Just a short distance from the beaches, the Abbey and natural wonders, this open-air granite gym offers an all-around experience.
The cliff gets its name from the dark color that distinguishes the wall. Translated from the local dialect, in fact, the name means “Black Rock.”

How to get there
Starting from Olgiasca (Colico), where it is recommended to leave the car, go up the narrow winding road, CAI white/red trail No. 7. After about 20 minutes, leave the marked trail and take a poorly marked track on the right of trail No. 7, which descends and leads in a few minutes to the attack of the routes.
