Gnocc de patati

INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes 2 kg
  • White flour 500 g
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Sage
  • Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the potatoes and then masch them. Mix the potatoes and the flour together. Create cylinders out of the dough of approximately 1 cm in diameter and 2 cm in lenght. Boil them and once ready baste them with melted butter and sage.
