Galena buïda cul piée


INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken 1,5 kg
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Celery n. 1
  • Eggs n. 2
  • Bacon 50 g
  • Sultana 20 g
  • Amaretti n. 2
  • Parsley
  • Garlic n. 1 clove
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parmigiano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the chicken liver, heart and stomach and add them the offal. Add the bacon,  sultana, amaretti, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Stuff the chicken with this mixture and then sew the chicken. Boil the chicken in water with the chopped vegetables. Once cooked serve the chicken without the broth.
