Fritada cun i erb de pràa


INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs n. 10
  • Butter 60 g
  • Parmesan cheese 60 g
  • Wild herbs 300 g
  • Parsley
  • Chive
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

After boiling the herbs, chop them with the chives and parsley. In a bowl beat the eggs with parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and the herbs. Melt the butter in a pan and then pour the mixture in.
