Arburèi in carpiòn

INGREDIENTS

  • Bleaks 1 kg
  • Onion n.2
  • Garlic clove n. 2
  • Carrot n. 2
  • Celery n. 1
  • Clove n. 4
  • Sage leaves n. 4
  • White vinegar 40 ml
  • Dry white wine 40 ml
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Parsley

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Flour the bleaks and then fry them. In another pan, fry the chopped vegetables. Add the sage, cloves, salt, pepper, wine and vinegar. Once boiling, pour it over the bleaks, cover it all with a lid and let it rest in the fridge. Serve it with fresh chopped parsley.
