Street Food Festival 2026

From Saturday 30 May to Tuesday 2 June, the Street Food Festival returns to Colico, a culinary event celebrating the best traditional Italian delicacies and more.

The event will be held in Piazza Garibaldi and along the lakefront, open continuously from 10:00 to 24:00.

The stars of the show will be cuisines from around the world, with iconic dishes such as Spanish paella, Greek souvlaki and pita bread, spicy Indian specialities, Chinese ravioli – one of this year’s new additions – and flavourful Mexican dishes. Typical products and caviar will arrive from Eastern Europe, while Brazilian cuisine will bring intensely flavoured grilled meat to the table. Among the most curious delicacies are kangaroo burgers and Hungarian cannoli, also new to this edition.

Of course, there will be no shortage of Italian excellence: from grilled Umbrian meat to pizzoccheri and sciatt from Valtellina, from traditional Bergamo bread and salamella to Ligurian focaccia with mixed fried fish, not to mention Abruzzo arrosticini, fried gnocco with Emilian cold cuts and the inevitable Sicilian specialities.

Among the most popular flavours of international street food, you will find BBQ ribs, pulled pork, hot dogs, hamburgers, and the brand new stuffed rösti, ready to conquer even the most demanding palates.

For those who love desserts and sweet treats, there will be chocolate waffles, American sweets and soft drinks, liquorice, and many other delicacies. To accompany it all, there will be cocktails for every taste and a selection of craft and international beers.

Areas equipped with small structures and tables will be set up.
