Borgo Erbiola is a beautiful structure renovated in eco-design and architecturally integrated in the unspoilt landscape of the jewel Pian di Spagna.
Just a few minutes from the centre of Colico for shopping and a stroll, a few hundred metres from the famous 17th century Spanish fortress of Fuentes: ‘a precious 17th century jewel, set in the enchanting landscape of Lake Como’.
The ‘Borgo Erbiola’ complex consists of four stone houses offering a total of eight modern, high-quality flats, all very comfortable with individual balconies and garden terraces.
The houses are situated on terraces on the hillside at different levels.
A 4.5 x 10 m panoramic swimming pool and large solarium, with a wonderful view of Monte Legnone and the plain, offer the best relax.
The barbecue area is ideal for social evenings!
