Suite Vista Lago

A 5-minute drive from Lake Como’s Piona beach is the Suite, with its own private garden and swimming pool.

The beach can also be reached by a pleasant 17-minute walk.

The Suite is ideal for those who want to relax in an oasis of peace immersed in nature, or for those who want to go swimming or kitesurfing, whose schools are 5 minutes away by car; nearby there are excursions and cultural visits or cycling, trekking, climbing. Breakfast on request

The independent suite is located on the first floor of a villa surrounded by greenery, and is accessed via a convenient communal staircase. Inside there is a double bed and a sofa bed, separated by a large wardrobe, the bathroom with shower is in the room. A window and a beautiful panoramic terrace with 2 chairs and a small table complete the layout of the unique Suite.

The pool is heated and purified with chlorine-free sea salt.

An outdoor sauna is also available

The Suite is accessed via a convenient staircase.

You can use the garden and the pool when it is open.

You can park your car in front of the property gate.

My wife and I live in the villa where the Suite is located, which is the only room on the first floor. With us live 2 quiet and affectionate greyhounds, eager for cuddles.

The villa is very close to Lake Como and more precisely to the small lake of the Bay of Piona, perfectly swimmable, with shallow water where children can play safely.

In a few minutes you can reach several itineraries, including the “Sentiero del Viandante”, one of the most beautiful itineraries in Lombardy, fascinating and panoramic, suspended between the mountains and the eastern shore of Lake Como.

From Colico there is a wonderful cycle and footpath that runs along the Adda River and crosses the entire Valtellina to Bormio: the “Sentiero Valtellina”.

Mountain lovers can reach the summit of Mount Legnone, a 2,609 m high mountain of the Alps, the highest peak in the province of Lecco and the westernmost sector of the Orobie Alps.

Nearby is the “Falesia del Mago”, very convenient and ideal for evening climbing, with medium-low difficulty, apart from a couple of higher-level itineraries. Absolutely worth a visit is the Abbey of Piona, a marvellous monastery immersed in suggestive silence with an amazing view of Lake Como.

The centre of Colico can be reached in 10 minutes by car or in 20 minutes on foot with a pleasant walk surrounded by nature. From there you can take boat trips around the lake.

In less than 20 minutes you can reach the characteristic villages of Lake Como: Bellagio, Varenna, Gravedona and Menaggio, which can be reached quickly by car, train or ferry from the centre of Colico.
